About Jetta M. Holiday

Jetta M. Holiday is a writer, reporter, and creator based in the Philadelphia area, who specializes in both broadcast and multimedia journalism as well as social media, production, and content creation.

Jetta has a passion for all things creative arts, whether that be creative writing, photography, videography, social media content creation and editing. Some of her experience includes working as a freelance reporter for The Temple News, freelance photographer, field reporter for Temple Update, producer and social media coordinator for The Temp, editor for Philadelphia Neighborhoods and Newsroom Intern for WHYY.

Jetta is in love with all things Black culture, pop culture sports and entertainment. Jetta’s always looking for new songs to listen too, new foods to try and new places to go. During her free time, you can always catch Jetta with her friends at Barnes & Noble, at a Boba Tea shop or at home catching up on her favorite shows.

Jetta is currently working as a Freelance Social Media Coordinator, looking to build her clientele and expand her knowledge in the social media marketing field. During her time as a social media coordinator, Jetta has managed social media sites, edited reels for social media, created captions and used SEO and analytics to help grow engagement for her clientele.

While working as a freelancer, Jetta also hopes to work in the entertainment field as entertainment journalist, social media coordinator, and content writer/producer. Jetta hopes, during her career, to work with multiple organizations like BuzzFeed, Vanity Fair, NFL, NBA, MLB, BET and others.
